Is Dr. Loy the right fit for you?
Here's exactly how she works, who she helps, and what to expect so you can feel confident before your first visit.

This might sound like you.....
You're the one everyone leans on for health decisions
You're the person your family calls about what to eat, which doctor to see, how to handle a diagnosis. You take health seriously for yourself and everyone you love, and you want a trusted, knowledgeable partner who can help you do that well.
You're rebuilding after a health crisis
Cancer. An autoimmune diagnosis. Chronic pain or fatigue that hasn't responded to conventional treatment. You want a doctor who brings the best of conventional medicine and evidence-based integrative care to your recovery and treats you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms.
You're investing proactively in your long-term health
You've done your own research and are tired of sorting through wellness noise. You want science-backed strategies for weight, hormones, brain health, bone health, sleep, or energy built around your actual life.
Dr. Loy also sees children, teens, and family members alongside her adult patients. If you're looking for care that spans generations, you're welcome here.
What to expect as a patient with Dr. Loy
At your first visit, you'll have the opportunity to provide information that goes well beyond a standard medical intake. In addition to your chief complaint, past medical and surgical history, family history, and current medications, Dr. Loy will ask about your nutrition, use of vitamins, supplements, or botanicals, physical activity, sleep, sources of stress and coping strategies, sources of joy, meaning, purpose, and spiritual history, if relevant to you.
Any information you choose to share before the visit may be reviewed by Dr. Loy. That way, when you sit down together, she already knows your story.
"Using motivational interviewing, we'll focus on the pillars you're most interested in working on first — at a pace that's realistic for your life."
